CTOnews.com July 5 news, Thai automotive website AutoLife recently released data show that the total number of new cars registered in Thailand in June was 59602, of which pure electric vehicles (BEV) registered 7637, accounting for 12.81%.

According to ▲ Tuyuan AutoLife, Nezha V, BYD Atto 3 and Great Wall Eula cat registration from China ranked in the top three, surpassing Tesla Model Y and Model 3, which ranked 4th or 5th. In addition, SAIC Mingjue and Geely's Volvo brands also have a number of models on the list.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Chinese brands currently account for about 70% of the electric vehicle market in Thailand. In March this year, BYD ranked first in the Thai market with 39 per cent market share, while Tesla ranked second with 24 per cent, followed by SAIC (15 per cent), Nezha Motor (11 per cent) and Great Wall Motor (3 per cent).
