Audi plans to expand production capacity in Mexico to further strengthen its electric vehicle business

Audi, a subsidiary of Volkswagen, has been producing the compact SUV Audi Q5 in the Mexican state of Puebla since 2016, and later launched a hybrid version.

It is said that Audi will announce its expansion plans on July 18, the same day it will announce plans to expand the production of electric vehicles at its San Jose Chapa plant in Puebla.
