Hong Kong listed company Century Ruike changed its name to "make a friend holding"

CTOnews.com, Hong Kong listed company Century Ruike Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese abbreviations of the company's shares used for securities trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "CENTURY SAGE" and "Century Ruike" to "BE FRIENDS HLDG" and "making Friends Holdings" respectively. Effective from 09:00 on July 11, 2023, the stock symbol will remain unchanged as "1450".

In terms of impact, Century Ruike said it would not affect the rights of any shareholders or the company's day-to-day business operations and its financial situation.

Beijing Jiaoyou Digital Technology Co., Ltd. has undergone industrial and commercial changes, and the wholly-owned shareholder has been changed to Yi Carpenter Future Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., which is 100% owned by Century Ruike. This shows that Century Ruike has completed the acquisition of "making a friend", and the assets of "making a friend" have been officially injected into listed companies.

Shangwei shares, a company with A shares, announced in November 2020 that it intends to acquire 40.27% of Star Wild's stake with its own and self-raised funds of no more than 589 million yuan.
