The complex is a self-propelled public parking building with one floor underground and five floors above ground, with a total of 197 parking spaces, including 185 parking spaces for trolley charging piles and 12 parking spaces for large truck charging piles.

Trough period (00:00-09:00) 0.3858 yuan / degree

Normal period (09:00-16:00) 0.7410 yuan / degree

Peak hours (16:00-24:00) 1.2321 yuan / degree.

The relevant person in charge of Hefei charging Company said that the "charging + commercial" operation mode will be adopted in the future to create an integrated and exclusive rest area with catering, convenience stores, lounges and other service facilities.

The project is the city's first charging complex roof photovoltaic building integration (BIPV) grid-connected power generation project. The roof is equipped with photovoltaic power generation system, the outdoor use of Rain Water recovery device, the roof photovoltaic panel area of 1100 square meters, sunny day power generation of about 800kWh.
