At the same time, UWV also secretly placed cookie on the website to track users, and logged-in users can be identified and automatically obtain IP addresses.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that the permanent government law firm Landsadvocaat said it would shut down the UWV system earlier this year. In this regard, UWV said that careful law enforcement is very important, this kind of thing is very regrettable.

It is understood that illegal online monitoring by UWV not only leads to violations of the data Protection Act, but also allows fraudsters to go unpunished, as 580 ongoing investigations have been terminated, even if the fraud has been confirmed.
