CTOnews.com, July 16, according to updated information on the Brutman Labs website, the website's server has been running for 2500 hours, setting a new record of its own. More surprisingly, the server turned out to be a 39-year-old IBM PCjr with a 4.77 MHz CPU.

Brutman Labs's web page calls itself "the art of retro computing performance." as of the time CTOnews.com wrote this article, the beige IBM computer had been running uninterrupted for more than 2541 hours, or more than 105 days without any restart.

The specific configuration of IBM PCjr is as follows:

The 39-year-old IBM PCjr, as a web server, has undergone some major modernizations, the biggest upgrade being the installation of an IDE adapter and a 240GB SATA solid-state drive on the storage subsystem. In addition, the memory has been expanded to a maximum of 736 KB. However, the core of the system is still the NEC V20 CPU, which is compatible with the famous Intel 8088 and runs at 4.77 MHz.

Of course, running 105 + days in a row won't make it on the list, and the Voyager spacecraft's computers have been running (and continuing) for more than 48 years without rebooting. If you count only computers on Earth, the current record is held by a server retired in 2018, which has been running for more than 16 years.
