According to Siwei Tuxin's half-year 2023 results forecast, the company is expected to achieve revenue of 1.45 billion yuan to 1.55 billion yuan in the first half of the year; the net loss attributed to the owner of the parent company is expected to be 336.3408 million yuan to 258.7237 million yuan, an increase of 856.30% and 635.62% compared with the same period last year.

Siwei Tuxin estimates that the net loss attributed to the owner of the parent company after deducting non-recurring profits and losses is 337.4411 million yuan to 259.5701 million yuan, an increase of 853.31% over the same period last year; the basic loss per share is expected to be 0.1476 yuan to 0.1135 yuan.

The announcement said: affected by the macro environment and the slowdown of economic growth, the price competition in the automobile industry has become increasingly fierce and transmitted to the industrial chain, the profit margins of parts suppliers have been continuously compressed, and the gross margins of the relevant sectors of the company's automobile industry have declined.

According to CTOnews.com, a report released by IDC at the end of last year showed that Siwei Tuxin ranked second among the providers of high-precision mapping solutions in the domestic market.

Siwei Tuxin also announced the signing of a license agreement with BMW (China) Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. Siwei Tuxin will provide products and services such as ADAS (Advanced driving Assistance system) Map, HD (High Precision) Map and LBS (location-based Service) for BMW Group's next-generation self-driving functions in the Chinese market.
