CTOnews.com July 17 news, BYD Ocean Network's brand new model Seal DM-i today officially released the official interior map, the new car interior decoration uses the ocean net exclusive "ocean aesthetics" design concept, the overall layout reflects the ocean net new generation interior style. It is reported that the new car will be on the market in the third quarter, positioning medium and large hybrid cars.
CTOnews.com noted that the new car's cockpit contains marine design elements in many places, such as "waves" rolled up on both sides of the dashboard, crystal bars, ripple seats, etc., creating a visual experience with a sense of suspension, layering and hugging. In addition, the new car uses a new color and material dashboard, with 31-color water ring cabin atmosphere lights.
The new car's dashboard features a "2-inch-1" combination of two large screens: a W-HUD head-up display system and a 15.6in adaptive rotary suspension Pad, as well as a 10.25inch full liquid crystal meter.
In terms of seats, the main driver and passenger car are equipped with multi-directional electric regulation. The use of a double color design with three-dimensional stitches of the ripple ring seat, appears to be full and generous. In addition, the Seal DM-i is also equipped with extra-long rear cushions to provide sufficient support for the thighs. The angle of the seat backrest and cushion is specially optimized for the Chinese user's figure, so that it is not easy to feel tired even after a long ride.
According to the information disclosed at the previous Shanghai Auto Show, the car will be equipped with two sets of powertrain, Snapcloud-plug-in 1.5L high-efficiency engine and Snapcloud-plug-in turbocharged 1.5T engine, matching EHS electric mixing system and super hybrid special power blade battery, which can realize the full operating condition of electric drive, engine efficient charging and timely auxiliary drive. In addition, the fuel consumption of the car is 3.9L and the acceleration time of 0-100km/h is 7.9s.
In terms of battery life, the SEAL DM-i provides 121km and 200km NEDC pure electric mileage, which officials say is the only plug-in car in the same class that provides 200km pure electric mileage.
The new car will go on sale in the third quarter with a price range of 18-250000 yuan.
