According to the pictures uploaded to the Facebook team, this is not a problem with plastic or metal components, but should not be assembled correctly, resulting in an unstable connection between the two.

Many affected users believe that this is a manufacturing defect of the camera and should be supported by warranty. Nikon officials did not comment on the matter.

However, a Nikon dealer in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, revealed that Nikon officials had acknowledged the problem, and the dealer agreed to provide free replacement service during the warranty period.

CTOnews.com learned that Nikon announced the recall of part of the Z8 fuselage, the defect is that the lens can not rotate to the end position, resulting in a problem that can not be locked.
