According to reports, the AS54 series uses Intel N5105 quad-core processors, and the performance of Rui Pin up to 2.9 GHz,N5105 is 31% higher than that of the previous generation CPU, while equipped with 4 GB DDR4-2933 memory, which is 20% higher than that of DDR4-2400.

The AS54 series NAS is equipped with up to four M.2 slots for NVMe SSD and supports PCIe 3.0 SSD. In addition, the AS54 series is equipped with dual 2.5G ports to support link aggregation and SMB multi-channel at a combined speed of up to 5 Gbps. The NAS comes with three USB 3.2 Gen2x1 ports that provide up to 10 Gbps of performance. The product also supports 10-bit 4K H.265 decoding through a check display, and video output and playback through the accompanying HDMI port.
