The new version initially adds support for Indirect Branch Tracking and guests and hosts for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.8 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.3 for hosts.

VirtualBox 7.0.10 fixed an issue where reloading the vboxvideo module caused kernel panic to occur in some clients, and fixed a problem of rebuilding the kernel module if the X11 client was not installed during each boot.

VirtualBox 7.0.10 added initial support for OpenGL 4.1, improved support for virtual machines configured with TPM 1.2, introduced general improvements to OCI and GUI, improved support for macOS 13.3 Ventura, and improved support for Windows 11 guests.
