Microsoft Teams began to integrate AI assistant Copilot to enhance the user call and chat experience
CTOnews.com, July 20, Microsoft invited Early Access Program members to test Copilot's new features on Microsoft Teams at its recent Inspire 2023 event, which has expanded Phone and Chat modes.
Calls: 365 Copilot has been integrated into Teams Phone to help users summarize the content of calls, sort out the main points of calls, and query the content of a call keyword.
This feature extends to IP Voice (VoIP) and Public switched telephone Network (PSTN) calls.
CTOnews.com is enclosing a preview of Steven Stein from the Microsoft Technology Community. In addition to the new features mentioned in the Inspire announcement, Microsoft plans to bring 23 new features / features to Teams in July.
Chat: 365 Copilot can summarize chat content, refine key points, organize chat content by topic, and help users gain insight into chat information.
"Copilot reduces the workload of managing different chats, doesn't disrupt your workflow, and helps you spend more time on important things," says Stein.
Microsoft also said that 365 Copilot will be extended to applications such as Teams,Loop,Planner,To Do,Office.com and OneDrive for Business.
