Tesla Super charging Network 2023Q2 report: 318 new stations and 2913 charging piles

CTOnews.com, July 21, according to the statistical report, there were 318 new Tesla supercharging sites in the world in the second quarter of 2023, an increase of 29% over the same period last year, ranking third in the history of single quarter.

Tesla's global number of supercharging sites and charging piles in the second quarter of 2023 reported that a total of 2913 charging interfaces were added in the second quarter, an increase of 16 percent over the same period last year, and also ranked third in the history of the number of charging stations in a single quarter. The report says each charging station is equipped with 9.2 charging interfaces.

Charging stations: 5262, an increase of 33% over the same period last year

Number of charging interfaces (charging piles): 48082, an increase of 33% over the same period last year

On average, each station is equipped with 9.1 charging interfaces, an increase of 0.3% over the same period last year.

As of the second quarter of 2023, the cumulative data of Tesla charging network can be predicted from the report that the number of Tesla super charging piles will exceed 50,000 in the third quarter of 2023.
