CTOnews.com reported on July 22 that the PS5 version of the fighting game "Iron fist 8" opened a closed test on July 21. As of July 24, a large number of live videos have been released on YouTube, introducing 16 characters and multiple arenas. At the same time, the closed test of XSX | S and Steam platform started on July 28 and ended on July 31.

CTOnews.com learned from the official that players can play 16 characters in this closed test: Jin Kazama, Kazuya Mishima, Jun Kazama, Paul Phoenix, Marshall Law, King, Lars Alexandersson, Jack-8, Ling Xiaoyu, Nina Williams, Asuka Kazama, Leroy Smith, Lili, Hwoarang, Bryan Fury, Claudio Serafino.

There are 5 battle levels: Urban Square (Evening), Yakushima, Rebel Hangar, Sanctum, Arena.

Registration time for closed test: June 9, 2023 (Friday) 21 July 27 (II) 16:00 (UTC+8)

If the number of applicants exceeds the target number, a selection will be conducted, and the selected person will only be contacted by sending a letter to the e-mail address registered at the time of registration for follow-up test instructions.

Notification of selection:

PS5 version: July 19, 2023 (III) at around 15:00 (UTC+8), orderly notification will begin.

Xbox Series X | S, Steam version: notification will begin at around 15:00 (UTC+8) on July 26, 2023.
