Steam plus one: free access to the classic game Sega fishing master

CTOnews.com, July 24, Sega announced that from now until July 31, users who sign up for and (can cancel) their official newsletter will be able to get the classic game "Sega Bass Fishing" on PC for free through Steam.

The game was first released in the arcade arcade in Japan in late 1997 and was transplanted to the Sega Dreamcast platform in 1999. The version was released as a PC game in 2001, followed by a digital version and Steam in 2011.

To put it simply, when you sign up for the Sega official newsletter, you will get an Steam exchange code that can be used to get "Sega Bass Fishing".

Once one of the most popular fishing games in arcade history, the game is no less exciting than the arcade version after it was transplanted from the arcade to PC, but it is no less exciting than the arcade version. (CTOnews.com Note: Steam currently has a 90% positive rating).

Compared with the arcade version of PC, it not only adds the tournament mode, but also increases to up to 14 unique baits and 8 scenic fishing scenes, depending on the player's fishing record. Players can get a clear panoramic view of the water from an underwater camera with an instant change of angle, making the game more challenging and realistic.

By the way, the sequel to the game, Sega Bass Fishing 2, was launched on Dreamcast in 2001. However, for some unknown reason, the game has never been ported to any other platform since.
