CTOnews.com, July 23 (Xinhua)-- Apple's upcoming virtual reality headshow Apple Vision Pro may not have a native Netflix app when it goes public, and the video streaming service provider is said to have no plans to develop custom apps for Apple's Touxian, Bloomberg reported.

Apple Vision Pro will provide users with a more immersive experience, including applications for streaming video. Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman revealed in the "Power On" newsletter on Sunday that he was told that Netflix "has no current plans to develop Vision Pro native apps."

Although Netflix may not provide native applications, it will still provide a degree of video streaming service. Since Apple claims that developers can easily convert iPad apps into Apple Vision Pro apps, it is likely that Netflix will at least convert its tablet version of the app to one that works for the header.

CTOnews.com notes that Netflix already offers a more immersive streaming experience on other VR platforms, such as the Meta Quest series, where the Netflix app offers a comfortable virtual room with trinkets and furniture and, of course, a large virtual TV.
