Goolman said that Apple only allows limited use of Apple GPT by some employees at this stage, and Apple has not decided on the future direction of development, nor has it set relevant development goals, let alone when it will be open to ordinary users.

Goolman said Apple has not yet decided on a final consumer-grade AI product, but has explored a number of areas to find a suitable commercial entry point.

Siri is a good entry point for Apple GPT, but it won't be open to users at this stage.

Goolman also believes that Apple plans to introduce new chat robot technology into AppleCare after-sales support, and will explore all kinds of possibilities in the future.
