Miao Duck camera responded to the refund dispute, saying that the photos could be refunded if they failed to be generated.

CTOnews.com news on July 26, today Miao Duck camera issued an announcement on official WeChat to respond to the refund dispute, saying that photos could be refunded if they failed to generate photos, and made adjustments to the discussion about the service.

According to the announcement, if the digital split generation fails due to technical problems, it can be refunded and generated again free of charge. For glasses and other accessories may be unrecognizable, Miao Duck will optimize the algorithm to solve the problem as soon as possible. Users who encounter similar problems can consult customer service to deal with them.

The notice also said that as the download photo involves the recharge of virtual coins, virtual coins and cash can only be transferred in one way, and the recharging agreement has been clearly agreed upon, so refunds are not supported at present.

CTOnews.com previously reported that the Shanghai Consumer Protection Commission official account said today that the recently popular AI photo Mini Program "wonderful Duck camera" does not support a refund. After testing, it was found that the desired photos were not obtained-the testers uploaded photos with glasses, but the resulting photos did not have glasses, and there was no official requirement to upload photos without glasses. Then the staff contacted the customer service, but got the reply that "there is no glasses function for the time being, and the refund is not supported for the time being". After querying the service agreement of the software, it is found that only the relevant terms at the bottom of the payment page indicate: once the purchase is successful, refund is not supported.
