The report looked at LinkedIn data for the top 100 U.S. companies, focusing on employee mobility within those companies.
Many well-known u.s. companies, including apple, tesla, goldman sachs and mastercard, have high employee turnover and are unable to retain talent properly.
The study found that tech companies had the shortest Retention rate, with Amazon and Meta tied for second place behind Apple, followed by Tesla and Netflix.
Apple employees quit after an average of 1.7 years, Amazon and Meta employees after an average of 1.8 years, and Tesla employees after an average of two years.
