Musk: Twitter will soon have only "dark" mode, cutting off "light" and "dim"
CTOnews.com July 28, Musk announced in a Twitter post that the platform will soon have only "dark" mode, which is better in every way.
CTOnews.com learned from Twitter that the platform currently offers light and dark (night) modes, with "dim" and "dark" modes available. Although the "dim" mode is also black, the background will turn dark blue instead of all black, and dark mode will become the default and only available theme after the change.
Several users pointed out in the comments section that it would be more difficult to read text when dark mode is enabled during the day, and wanted to set dark mode as the default option, but did not delete dimmed mode.
It is worth mentioning that Esther Crawford, a female executive who slept at Twitter but was eventually fired, posted a 14-minute video about her experience after Musk took over the company, and she also expressed her views on Musk, saying that Musk lacked empathy in leadership and acted only intuitively.
