Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu in South China for the delivery of clues! CTOnews.com July 31, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 new generation of flagship mobile phone processor ushered in the first score, based on Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus, with 8GB memory.

The running score of Geekbench 6 shows that it has a single core score of 2233 and a multi-core score of 6661. It adopts TSMC N4P process and is equipped with 1*3.3GHz X4 super large core + 3*3.15GHz A720 large core + 2*2.96GHz A720 large core + 2*2.27GHz A530 small core, and Adreno 750GPU.

CTOnews.com queried the running scores of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (3.36GHz) and Tianji 9200 + processors and found that Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 increased 11.4% and 26.3% compared with the previous generation of single-core and multi-core. Compared with Tianji 9200, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 single-core is also slightly ahead, and multi-core is more than 6600 points.

In terms of parameters, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mainly increases the frequency of large and small cores in an all-round way, so the improvement of multi-core running scores is more obvious, and then we can look forward to the performance of power consumption.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon Summit, which will be held from October 24 to 26, is expected to bring Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processors, after which Android makers will release iterative flagship phones. CTOnews.com will also keep an eye on the latest news about the new flagships.
