Microsoft Surface Pro 8 to 9 pushes August update: fix graphics problems and improve stability
CTOnews.com August 3, Microsoft recently released an August firmware update for both Surface Pro 8 and Surface Pro 9 models to fix graphics problems and improve stability.
Surface Pro 8 got 31.0.101.3889 driver update this time, mainly to fix graphics configuration and artifact problems.
Surface Pro 9 released an update of 30.0.3741.85 for Qualcomm Adreno (TM) 680 GPU, which mainly improved stability and fixed system BUG check problems.
CTOnews.com note: users can download it through Windows Update or Surface support website, Surface Pro 8 will continue to support until October 5, 2025, and Pro 9 will support until October 25, 2026.
