Microsoft support page quietly removes CPU requirements of Win11 Android subsystem
CTOnews.com August 3 news, Microsoft yesterday updated the Win11 Android subsystem, upgraded to 2307.40000.2.0, focusing on Vulkan API graphics rendering.
Microsoft recently quietly updated the support page, directly cutting off the processor requirements in the device requirements, suggesting that Microsoft has lowered the CPU threshold.
CTOnews.com note: Microsoft previously set requirements for Intel 8 Core i3 and above, AMD Ryzen 3000 and above, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8c and above CPU.
Now Microsoft has cut the CPU restriction directly, which may mean that any device running Win11 can run Android subsystem.
