The main reason for the punishment is that Leeco made financial fraud for ten consecutive years from 2007 to 2016, resulting in false records of the IPO declaration materials sent and disclosed in the 2010 annual report and the 2010-2016 annual report. at the same time, the non-public offering of shares by Leeco in 2016 also constituted a fraudulent offering.
