CTOnews.com August 5 news, Google since 2022 began to implement the site office program, requiring employees to work at least 3 days a week in the company. To further improve attendance, Google recently opened a hotel on campus that costs $99 a night (CTOnews.com notes: currently about 711 yuan).

As part of a 42-acre development in Mountain View, California, Google's Bay View campus opened last year, including a fully equipped hotel that can accommodate up to 4000 people and offers breakfast, gym and other facilities.

Google says its employees will be able to stay at the hotel for $90 a night until september 30th and enjoy all the thoughtful services in the hotel.

However, some Google employees are confused about this "benefit," one employee wrote in an internal forum: "I now want to return part of my salary to Google." Another person noted that the discount rate was lower than the median one-bedroom apartment in the Bay Area of Francisco.

Google maintains that hotel deals are a regular perk designed to "utilize our space and facilities," said Ryan Ramon, a Google spokesman. The company says it often offers discounts on services, entertainment and lodging for employees.
