OpenAI ChatGPT Plus users are upgraded from GPT-3.5 to GPT-4 by default

CTOnews.com, August 5, OpenAI announced today through its official X (Twitter) account that ChatGPT has now been upgraded to GPT-4 by default.

Generative Pre-trained Transformer 4 is a large multimodal language model created by OpenAI and the latest version of the AI model trained by the company.

ChatGPT has been running on the GPT-3.5 version by default, meaning it has lagged behind Microsoft's Bing Chat.

Prompt example: whitespace may leave the user at a loss. Now when you start a new chat, you can see some examples to help you start the conversation.

Recommended reply: users in the chat session, ChatGPT will provide relevant questions, users can click in-depth chat. ChatGPT will now continue the conversation with you in a suggested way.

GPT-4 is enabled by default: available to Plus users, ChatGPT will remember the model you previously selected-no longer go back to GPT-3.5 by default.

Upload multiple files: you can now ask ChatGPT to analyze the data and generate insights across multiple files. Code Interpreter Beta is available to all Plus users.

Keep login status: no longer log out every 2 weeks! After you log in, you will see a welcome page.
