According to FCC certification information, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 tablet with an 8-inch screen is expected to replace the existing 8.7-inch Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. The latter was launched in the summer of 2021 and sells for $159.00 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 1143 yuan).

According to FCC certification documents, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 tablet is a 4G LTE model with the same 5100mAh capacity battery as the A7 Lite, a 15W Samsung EP-T1510 USB-C charger and reserved 3.5mm headphone ports.

Other identifiable hardware includes GPS, BDS, Gallileo and Glonass navigation sensors.

FCC certification documents show that the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 tablet size is 210.7mm x 124.7mm. For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has a length and width of 212.5mm x 124.7mm.
