CTOnews.com, August 8 (Xinhua) American billionaire Elon Musk has a similar-looking imitator in China. He is Yilong Ma. Ma Yilong recently posted a video of himself boxing topless on video platform TikTok, which attracted Musk's attention. Musk responded to the video on the X platform, saying he was still not sure whether Ma Yilong was generated by human or artificial intelligence (AI).

In the video, Ma Yilong conducts a simulated boxing with a man wearing a cardboard box, which is affixed with a portrait of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, apparently parody that Musk and Zuckerberg are going to fight in a cage. In response, Musk wrote in response to the video on the X platform: "I still don't know if it's real or AI generated."

CTOnews.com notes that this is not the first time Musk has been curious about his Chinese twins. In December 2021, when netizens posted a picture of Ma Yilong on the X platform, Musk joked that he might be "half Chinese". In May 2022, Musk said he wanted to meet Ma Yilong, but also wondered if he was the product of AI's deep forgery (deepfake).

Ma Yilong became famous on Douyin in November 2020 and attracted a large number of fans because of his resemblance to Musk. His Douyin account was blocked in May 2022. Ma Yilong also has an account on TikTok, where he has more than 1 million followers and more than 22 million likes.
