On the evening of August 9, Beijing time, IBM said today that it will host Meta Platform's artificial intelligence language model Meta Llama 2 on its enterprise artificial intelligence platform.

IBM's watsonx platform can help companies integrate artificial intelligence into their workflows, providing some customers with early access to Llama 2 released by Meta.

Since OpenAI launched ChatGPT at the end of last year, consumers and enterprises have had a strong interest in this new technology, and enterprises increasingly hope to introduce artificial intelligence into their workflows to improve efficiency and bring advanced functions.

IBM said that after the release of Meta's open source artificial intelligence model, there will be more software, such as artificial intelligence adjustment studio, fact sheet and other generative artificial intelligence models.

Llama 2 is the commercial version of the open source artificial intelligence language model launched by Meta in July this year. It is distributed by Microsoft's Azure cloud service and competes directly with OpenAI's ChatGPT and Google's Bard in the emerging generative artificial intelligence market.
