CTOnews.com Note: Vladimir Makarov is one of the main villains of the call of Duty series. He is the second leader of Russia's ultra-nationalist terrorist organization and a disciple of former leader Imran Zakayev.

Makarov is a ruthless and treacherous strategist who often outperforms his opponents in strategy and plays with them.
