Microsoft optimizes whiteboard applications in Teams, adding toolbars to improve team collaboration productivity
CTOnews.com, August 10, Microsoft recently expanded the feature set of Microsoft Teams, introducing a new toolbar for Microsoft Whiteboard in addition to a number of AI-driven features.
CTOnews.com Note: Microsoft Whiteboard is a popular whiteboard application mainly for enterprises, schools and group projects.
Users can collaborate to build task lists, sort out and make work plans, as well as real-time collaborative modifications through Teams video calls.
In this update, Microsoft introduced a new toolbar for Microsoft Whiteboard, listing common and critical content creation tools such as notes, reactions, comments, adding text and shapes, to improve productivity.
Microsoft said it would open the toolbar to all Microsoft Whiteboard users at the end of this month.
