The operation of the company in the second quarter reversed the unfavorable situation of performance decline in the first quarter, realizing operating income of 4.954 billion yuan, an increase of 9.68% over the same period of last year and a month-on-month increase of 71.56%; realizing gross profit of 1.938 billion yuan, an increase of 7.8% over the same period of last year and a month-on-month increase of 60.21%; In addition, the net cash flow generated by the company's completed operating activities in the second quarter was 140 million yuan, an increase of 575 million yuan over the same period last year.

Spark cognitive model empowers existing products and boosts the rapid growth of revenue from related products of the company. From May to June 2023, the GMV of C-terminal hardware of HKUST Xinfeld reached an all-time high and doubled year-on-year growth. Among them, the GMV of Xinfeld AI learning machine equipped with Xinfeld Spark cognitive model increased by 136% and 217% respectively in May and June.

On August 15, Xinfeld will officially release version 2.0 of Xinfeld. While the capabilities of text generation, language understanding and logical reasoning continue to improve, the code capability and multi-modal capability will reach a new height.
