Amazon reiterated that it allows users to leave positive and negative comments, but they must be true. Amazon says it forbids false comments and tries to delete them. The summary of comments generated by the new artificial intelligence will only show highlights from trusted comments that have been validated so that users know that what they are reading is true.

CTOnews.com noted that the summary images shared by Amazon showed that only positive reviews were followed, but there was also a bar chart showing the number of positive and negative comments on the product.

Currently, a summary of comments generated by Amazon's artificial intelligence is visible to some mobile shoppers in the United States, and the company has not announced when it plans to push it to a wider user base.
