Bungie official announced that an event will be held on August 22, and the game Destiny 2 is expected to usher in a major update.

CTOnews.com, August 16 (Xinhua)-- Game developer Bungie has announced that it will host a Destiny 2 Showcase streaming event on August 22, which is expected to announce the latest developments in Destiny 2 and introduce a major update.

Bungie launched Destiny 1 in 2014, followed by Destiny 2 in 2017, and introduced a large number of expansion films for two sci-fi-themed first-person shooters, building a complex and huge IP.

The demonstration will last for 45 minutes, followed by a round-table discussion, all of which will be broadcast live on Destiny YouTube and Twitch channels.

Bungie officials responded in July that they had no intention of giving up Destiny 2. Although the company has a limited number of developers, they will try their best to ensure that new development and old operations go hand in hand, and that they will be "like most studios that support multiple IP, they can go hand in hand with multiple games."
