Intel's next generation Ruixuan B series only shows GPU testing tools, and the package is slightly larger than the A series.
CTOnews.com, August 16 (Xinhua)-- Intel's next-generation Battlemage GPU testing tool has been found online and will be used in the 2024 Ruixun unique product.
Two testing tools for Battlemage GPU, BGA2362-BMG-X2 and BGA2727-BMG-X3-6CH, are now listed on the Intel DesigninTools page. These tools are used for verification and testing purposes, but the BGA design also reveals some details.
The X2 tool is packaged in 2362 BGA and the X3 tool is packaged in 2727 BGA. An earlier report from Intel Alchemist (Ruixuan A Series) showed that the top ACM-G10 GPU chip used on the Ruixuan A770 graphics card was packaged in 2660 BGA. This means that the package size of the second generation GPU is expected to be larger than that of the A-series high-end GPU.
It should be noted that a larger package size does not necessarily mean a larger chip size, so accurate information remains to be announced.
The information of Battlemage GPU has been exposed many times. CTOnews.com takes BMG-G10 as an example and summarizes its disclosure specifications as follows:
Xe ²HPG architecture
56 Xe cores
448 XVE (EU)
Each XVE has 2 shaders
112MB Adamantine caching
16GB 256bit GDDR6X video memory
Up to 225W
Will be launched in the second quarter of 2024
