It is reported that the Ford Mustang GTD highway car will be unveiled soon, with a 5.0L V8 engine.

CTOnews.com August 17, YouTube channel StangMode released a video saying that Ford plans to show off the new Ford Mustang GTD at the 2023 Monterrey Motor week (Monterey Car Week).

The video shows that the Ford Mustang GTD can be considered a road-ready Mustang GT3, with a racing style, Wide Body wide-body kit and a large rear wing, with an enhanced 5.0L V8 engine with a horsepower of more than 500Hp.

The Ford Mustang GTD will be made by Canada's Multimatic, which produces Ford GT supercars, as well as racing versions of the Mustang.

The appearance of Mustang GTD is quite different from that of the seventh generation Mustang. The front face adopts a brand-new split grille design, which makes the overall shape more aggressive.

Ford designed a brand new hood with larger vents at the top, which speeds up heat dissipation and improves aerodynamics. CTOnews.com attached the video as follows:

The side features an exaggerated Wide Body wide-body kit, large racing rims, and oversized shark cheek vents; the rear wing of the car can be seen, as well as a wide spoiler.
