Use Bing search by modifying hosts (which may not apply to all provinces):
Use WIN + X to find the terminal (administrator) or PowerShell (administrator) to open it.
Enter "notepad C:\ Windows\ System32\ drivers\ etc\ hosts" in the source Microsoft community (same below).
The system should pop up a notepad window. Please drag to the bottom to start another line and enter:
202.89.233.103 cn.bing.com
202.89.233.103 r.bing.com
Use CTRL + S to save hosts and close the notepad window.
Type ipconfig / flushdns on the command line you just opened to refresh the DNS resolution record, and reopen the browser to use cn.bing.com search.
