CTOnews.com, Aug. 22, InstallAware recently released a new project that focuses on simplifying the installation and initialization process for installing Apple's Game Portable Kit (AGPT).

Although Apple has launched AGPT, which can simulate games such as Diablo 4 and Cyberpunk 2077, the pre-deployment program is not friendly and requires a variety of environments.

InstallAware has previously launched software such as InstallAware Studio Admin, and in order to save game developers' time and energy, a new InstallAware Multi Platform project has been released on GitHub, which can automatically install Apple AGPT on Mac.

The Game Migration Toolkit is a new windows translation layer released by Apple on June 6, 2023.

The game migration kit combines Wine with Apple's own D3DMetal. Compared with CrossOver and Parallels, the biggest highlight of the game migration kit is to unlock and run DX12 games.
