CTOnews.com, August 23 (Xinhua)-- at the opening ceremony of today's 2023 Cologne Exhibition, Zach Schneider officially unveiled his original film, the Moon Rebels, and announced that this new space opera science fiction film will be released soon.

According to reports, "Lunar Rebels" Part 1 will be broadcast on December 22, and Part 2 will be broadcast on April 19 next year. Both will be broadcast online on s Netflix streaming platform.

In addition, Super Evil Megacorp announced that it was working with Zack Snyder,Stone Quarry and Netflix games to produce the Moon Rebel game, but the details were not disclosed.

According to CTOnews.com, the screenplay was co-written by Schneider, Shay Hatton and Kurt John Stade. The cast includes Sophia Portilla, Charlie Hannan, Ray Fisher, Gimon Hansel, Genna Malone, Cory Store, Eddard Skrein, Cleppetto Coleman, Flafie, Carey Evans and Anthony Hopkins.

The plot of the film is mainly about peaceful colonies on the edge of the Milky way being threatened by the forces of tyrannical Regent Balisarius. Desperate civilians send a young woman with a mysterious past to find soldiers from nearby planets to help them challenge the regent.
