On August 25, Alipay Life issued a governance announcement on illegal content and accounts: from June 1 to August 18 this year, it has punished 2005 life accounts, intercepted 690 pieces of vulgar pornography and 5687 pieces of malicious marketing content. Alipay resolutely has zero tolerance for all kinds of illegal content, and while disposing of illegal content by means of interception and blocking, it also adopts ladder-like penalties such as warning, removal of shelves, and permanent closure of illegal accounts.
