Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Astro Edition will be available in the Middle East and North Africa, including Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Turkey, according to Samsung's official website. This is Samsung's tribute to the region's innovation and scientific contributions in astronomy, mathematics and time.

CTOnews.com learned from Samsung's website that this limited edition watch is inspired by the astrolabe, an ancient astronomical instrument used to track stars and planets that helps scientists and travelers know time and find their way when traveling.

Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Astro Edition comes in one size (47 mm) and features dials depicting constellations, stars and other celestial bodies. Samsung has also added astrolabe-inspired features to the smartwatch's software, including a compass on the dial and phases of the moon/sun. The watch has a dedicated dial that allows users to track the movements of the sun and moon directly from their wrist.

This bespoke watch features a ceramic bezel with constellations of 24 different constellations, an extra fabric strap and an Astro Edition collection. Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Astro Edition pricing has not yet been announced.
