CTOnews.com Sept. 6, AMD 23.9.1 WHQL graphics card driver was released today, adding new features including Anti-Lag + and HYPR-RX.

According to IT House, AMD mentioned the one-click performance improvement technology of HYPR-RX graphics cards at the launch of RX 7900 graphics cards last year. This is an one-click performance improvement technology that combines Radeon Super Resolution, Radeon Boost and Radeon Anti-Lag. With this technology, players will be able to choose the most appropriate profile for the game. As shown in the image above, when RX 7800 XT turns on HYPR-RX, it brings an increase in the number of frames and a drop in latency in a number of games.

AMD Radeon Anti-Lag+ intelligently adjusts frame speed by introducing game-by-game analysis, further reducing input latency on RDNA 3 GPU and taking response to a new level. AMD Radeon Anti-Lag+ product support is limited to AMD RDNA 3 products, including AMD Radeon RX 7000 series or later.

AMD Radeon Boost now supports AMD Radeon Anti-Lag+, and improves image quality by sensing mouse sensitivity, thereby reducing the impact of dynamic resolution switching on image quality during motion (usually seen in high DPI mice).

AMD Radeon Anti-Lag+ debuts 12 games, and new game support will be released in the coming months through an update to AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition.
