The "Only Up" game will be removed from the Steam store, and developers say it is "very stressful"

Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens for the handwritten clues delivered by Daniel Wu in South China! CTOnews.com September 7 news, "Only Up" is a climbing parkour game, but the game is more difficult, playing a bit like the previous hot "digging for promotion", once the mistake may return to the original point, so it can be regarded as a "supercharged game".

Today, the developers of "Only Up" posted an update on Steam, announcing that the game would be removed from the Steam store soon because of "a lot of pressure". The contents of CTOnews.com translation announcement are as follows:

I played this game to test my creativity and made a lot of mistakes in it. The development over the past few months has put a lot of pressure on me, and now I want to leave it behind. Yes, the game will soon be removed from the Steam store, which is my own decision.

What I need now is peace of mind and healing. I plan to pause, continue my study in game design, further accumulate new experience and knowledge, and devote my energy to my next game, entitled "Kith"-which will be a new experience and concept, realistic, a completely different genre and background, with emphasis on cinematic game content.

This time I hope this project will be created by a small team. This is a challenging project and I want to significantly improve my game design skills on this project.

According to the game introduction, in "Only Up", players will play Jackie, a teenager from the slums, who wants to get rid of poverty and embark on a journey to understand the world and himself. The game is inspired by the fairy tale Jack and Beanstalk, which is similar to a platform game. Players have to go through the same mythical path as Jack in order to achieve more than climbing the summit.
