Starting from November 24, 2023, some imported 2020 Jaguar I-PACE pure electric vehicles were recalled and manufactured from July 6, 2020 to July 17, 2020, a total of 100 vehicles.

The notice said that due to production process reasons, the high-pressure coolant heater of the cabin heating system may not work properly, resulting in the failure of vehicle warm air and air conditioning, the front windshield can not be defrosted, affecting the driver's line of sight, and there are safety risks.

Jaguar Land Rover (China) Investment Co., Ltd. will replace the improved high-pressure coolant heater for vehicles within the scope of the recall free of charge to eliminate safety risks. The company will notify users of the recall by registered mail. Users can call the Jaguar brand customer service hotline at 400820-8955 via landline or mobile phone.
