CTOnews.com, September 7 (Xinhua)-- Apple this week began selling certified refurbished 15-inch MacBook Air models through its online stores in some European countries, including the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland, and is likely to expand to more countries in the coming weeks.

As usual, the refurbished MacBook Air 15 is about 15% cheaper than the new model, and a variety of configurations are available to order.

According to CTOnews.com, Apple inspects, cleans, tests and repackages all refurbished Mac to make sure they are fully functional and in good condition, and that Apple's refurbished products have an one-year limited warranty and are eligible for the AppleCare+ warranty.

Apple released a 15-inch MacBook Air on its WWDC in June, with prices starting at 10499 yuan. The laptop has the same overall design as the 13-inch MacBook Air, with a M2 chip, but with a larger display and two additional speakers. The laptop is available in four colors: midnight, starry sky, silver and deep sky gray.
