Wade Bush analyst: the proportion of iPhone 15 models is 3:1, and the average selling price exceeds 900USD.
CTOnews.com Sept. 8 News, Daniel Ives, an analyst at Wedbush Securities Securities, a US investment bank, recently released an investor report, saying that the proportion of iPhone 15 models launched by Apple this year has been adjusted to 3:1 from 3:2 in previous years, entering the "mini supercycle."
CTOnews.com previously reported that analyst Guo Mingyi believes shipments of the iPhone 15 Pro Max model will exceed 40% of this year's iPhone 15 series, indicating that Apple is optimistic about the 6.7-inch high-end iPhone top model.
Daniel Ives said that in previous years, the proportion of iPhone Pro models was 60%, while that of standard models was 40%. This year, the proportion of iPhone 15 Pro models will rise to 75%, while standard models will account for 25%.
Daniel Ives believes that about 1/4 of iPhone's 1.2 billion users have not upgraded their devices for more than four years, which is in line with Guo Mingyi's expectation that Apple will ship about 250 million iPhone in 2024, so it will enter the "mini supercycle" (mini super cycle) this year.
Daniel Ives added that as more and more users flock to the more expensive iPhone 15 Pro devices, the average selling price of the iPhone is expected to exceed the $900 mark (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 6588 yuan).
