According to CTOnews.com Sept. 8, Paradox Interactive, which unveiled the Star Trek Infinity game in June this year, recently announced the launch of PC and Mac platforms on October 12.

Star Trek: infinity is a grand strategy game in which players will play the leader of one of the four major factions in the Milky way and create their own Star Trek stories. Follow a specially designed plot to explore the story of Star Trek: infinity, or blaze your own path in the first Star Trek-themed grand strategy game.

Star Trek: infinite is currently available for pre-order on the Steam platform, with the standard version priced at $29.99 and the deluxe version priced at $39.99.
