Sources say Apple plans to launch a variety of USB-C accessories, but counterfeiters are "already preparing for related products."

CTOnews.com, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) Apple plans to replace the USB-C port for its AirPods and AirPods Max headphones. Bloomberg's Gurman revealed that Apple will also replace the corresponding port for its Magsafe Duo and Magsafe external batteries in the near future, and the range of such accessories "will obviously be relatively fast, just like the transition after the introduction of the Lightning port in 2012."

CTOnews.com also noted that Gurman also claimed that the discontinued Apple Watch magnetic charging base may use USB-C ports to "resurrect." Although Apple needs to update a large number of cables and accessories as soon as possible, he "does not expect to announce any new accessory types at the iPhone 15 launch."
