Roblox will launch a mobile phone called App, which allows players to chat with virtual images.

In the latest official blog, Roblox revealed that as of the end of June 2023, 65.5 million users were playing Roblox games every day, with an average of 2.3 hours per day.

We are essentially packaging a Hollywood-style motion capture studio as something that runs on a mobile phone or laptop, rather than a device or motion tracking point, just a camera on a phone or computer.

Roblox said the app was developed using the public platform API and will become open source software when launched, which means that anyone can extend its functionality.

The company is also committed to creating faster and simpler content for creators. For example, Roblox is developing a way to create avatars simply by using images and typing some text prompts, which will reduce the time it takes to create an avatar to a few minutes.
