The working Committee on Digital Government Construction Services was established, with Huawei as vice chairman, actively promoting the construction of digital government.
[Beijing, China, September 9, 2023] sponsored by the China Electronic Industry Standardization Technology Association and the China Institute of Electronic Technology Standardization, the first Digital Government Construction Service Forum and the inaugural meeting of the Digital Government Construction Service working Committee jointly hosted by Huawei and other 11 enterprises were held in Beijing. Leaders from the Central Party School (Chinese Academy of Governance), the State Information Center, the Ministry of Water Resources and the National Meteorological Center were invited to attend and deliver keynote speeches. Shanxi, Zhejiang and Henan provinces shared their local experiences in building digital government. At the meeting, the Digital Government Construction Service working Committee was formally established, and Wang Libiao, vice president of Huawei BG, served as vice chairman.

At the meeting, the White Paper on Digital Government Standardization (2023) was officially released, which put forward the framework of digital government standards system for the first time in the country, and made an overall and systematic carding and planning of China's digital government standardization work. Huawei is deeply involved in the preparation of the white paper, contributing technical strength in digital government infrastructure, common support, government application, management evaluation and security.

Huawei has been engaged in digital transformation for many years, actively participated in the construction of digital government, joined with ecological partners, driven by technological innovation, and built a digital infrastructure base based on urban agent architecture. The applications of digital government, such as "one network management", "one network access", "one screen overview" and so on, continue to develop and evolve. Help the digital government to achieve "one picture of comprehensive perception, one button to know the overall situation, integrated operation linkage".
